Christopher Sean Lowe (nacido el 4 de octubre de 1959) es un músico, cantante y compositor inglés, cofundador del dúo de synth-pop Pet Shop Boys, que formó con Neil Tennant en 1981.
Christopher Sean Lowe nació y creció en Blackpool, Lancashire, y asistió a la escuela Arnold. Su abuelo era trombonista y miembro del grupo cómico de jazz The Nitwits. Su madre era bailarina y su padre, representante de ventas, tocaba el piano de oído. Lowe aprendió a tocar el trombón y el piano, y formó parte de la orquesta y la banda de baile de la escuela.
